Here comes our first time inter-GMBA Clash of The Classes basketball tournament! GMBA current students VS. GMBA alumni!

To arouse our passion of basketball again, GMBA Alumni Association will be having a basketball tournament and would like to invite all GMBAers to join! We are planning to have 2 alumni teams and 2 current student teams, Each team should have 6 to 12 members. Not limited to gender, we hope all of us can enjoy the game so we also want every member of the team should play rather than sitting aside. Although this is a tournament for fun, we still take it officially by inviting professional judge for the game.

Registration fee for each player will be NT$1,000, which includes:

NTU GMBA Customized reversible jersey with name & number (for you to keep; can re-wear)

Memorable trophies

Winning cups (win)

Official refs

Official score keepers

Photographer

Court rental with NTU

Beverages

Nurse or medical personnel just in case

Tournament Details:

Original Date: May 30th, 2021 (Sunday)

Postponed due to increasing Local COVID cases island wide, will update once gym reopens under safety protocol.

Time: 13:00-18:00

Venue: NTU Sports Center

Dear participating players,

Unfortunately, with the raising local COVID cases islandwide, we hereby announced that we will have to POSTPONE our tournament as NTU gym will be closed from May 13 to Jun 8. Once it reopens, we will announce the new tournament date with participants. If you cannot make it the new tournament date, please PM Christy for a refund.

Please stay safe during the pandemic everyone! Friendly reminder: Always put on a mask and wash your hands frequently to protect yourself and surroundings.
